It is constructed using self-skinning professional-grade PROFX polyurethane, resulting in a durable and flexible “human skin” outer layer, encapsulating an inner foam core. The original core bust was meticulously life-casted from a model, and each custom core is then skillfully transformed into the undead, ensuring a one-of-a-kind production.

The eyes are made of resin, expertly embedded rather than cast, while hard resins are thoughtfully added to various areas of the head for enhanced realism. The teeth and bone structures are casted and seamlessly embedded, adding an extra layer of authenticity. To complete the lifelike appearance, hair is carefully glued in place.

HEXHILL STUDIOS takes pride in crafting each metal stand individually, adding a unique touch to this collector’s item. Every piece comes numbered and signed by the talented artist, JP Simon, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to authenticate its origin.
